1. Delivery Coverage & Shipping Times

• Coverage: We ship to all addresses within the United Arab Emirates (Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain).

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and confirmed within 24 hours.

• Delivery Time: Standard shipping across the UAE takes 1 to 3 business days following order confirmation.

2. Shipping Rates

• Standard Delivery Fee: AED 15 (or Free Shipping on orders over AED 200 / specify your threshold).

• Shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout prior to final order confirmation.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within the UAE.

• Please ensure you have the exact amount in AED ready when the courier partner arrives.

4. Order Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

• Before dispatch, our customer support team or automated system may contact you via Phone / WhatsApp to verify your delivery address and availability.

• Once your package is out for delivery, you will receive an SMS or email notification with courier details.

5. Failed Delivery & Address Accuracy

Please ensure your contact number and address (building name, street, city) are entered accurately. If courier attempts fail due to an incorrect phone number or unreachability, the order may be returned to our warehouse.
